UC Cheerleading Squad Qualifies For The Finals • University of Cebu

UC Cheerleading Squad got a ticket for the first time to the Finals in the National Cheerleading Championship on March 2009 after emerging as the top squad in the VisMin qualifying contest.

Under the direction of choreographer Joven Pataytay, the UC squad overwhelmed competing teams from Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, General Santos and Palawan. The top 3 teams of UC (Cebu), Xavier University (Cagayan de Oro) and University of St. La Salle (Bacolod) will meet with the best teams from Luzon.
