We are pleased to invite you to participate in our 6th Offering of the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Program for Lawyers entitled “ Ensuring Sustainable Communities, Economy And Environment In The Era Of Global Challenges” at the AVR2, 8/F UC Banilad, Cebu City on October 7-8, 2009 (Part I) and October 23-24, 2009 (Part II).
This Program, as established by the Supreme Court, updates the members of the Bar not only of the current laws, regulations and jurisprudence but also serves as a forum to discuss burning issues and challenges, the solutions of which might take the form of legislative reforms, advocacy and as always, the indispensable participation of lawyers.
