Tina Amper is the founder of TechTalks.ph, global organizer at World Startup Report, Startup Weekend Cebu organizer, and Geeks on a Beach instigator. As a global project organizer, her task is to see that work goes "harmoniously" to help understand and connect the different startup ecosystems in the world.
Before TechTalks.ph, she worked as a consultant for 10 years at IBS Solutions in Tokyo providing services such as business development, marketing, research, strategy, personnel recruitment, and event management services specializing in the technology field in international markets. Ms. Tins graduated BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of San Carlos, and Masters in Business Administration from The George L. Graziado School of Business and Management in Pepperdine University.

Before Kickstart, Pia was with Globe Telecom for six years managing corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in education and social protection services that harnessed telco core competencies (mobile and broadband technologies, m-commerce and VAS solutions) to achieve operational efficiencies and scale. Her work on the use of ICT in public schools and working with local and international non-profit organizations and key government agencies for the delivery of social protection services have resulted to user behavior insights and managing multi-stakeholder expectations in the use of ICT-based solutions.

Ademar is the CEO of Codetoki, an internationally awarded online platform that helps students taking up Computer Science, IT and IT-related course to learn and practice their programming skills. He graduated BS in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines Cebu - Class 2010. He started his programming career working for a startup company based in Cebu. Eventually, he started his own company Bootyard Inc., a Ruby on Rails development and design shop.
Keith is a founder and CEO of Web Ninja Mobile, a web and mobile developer, Startup Weekend Cebu organizer, WordPress Cebu founder, and Google DevFest speaker. He developed several startup products such as MiCab (an Android Uber Clone Taxi Application), WhoWant it (a mobile commerce app), and recently, the iSkwelahan (an SMS notifications for schools built with Angular + Laravel 4).
Max Limpag is the co-founder, with his wife Marlen, of the Cebu-based new media startup InnoPub Media. He is also a multi-awarded blogger, having won the Best Technology Blog award in the first-ever Philippine Blog Awards in 2007 and the Best Sports Blog award in the Philippine Blog Awards in 2011. He is also the business editor and technology columnist of Sun.Star Cebu.
InnoPub Media is involved in projects that harness new technologies to deliver information in new ways. Its main project is the nationwide implementation of Digital Tourism, a program launched in Cebu in 2011 but is now being implemented in key tourism areas nationwide. Smart Communications, Inc. is the primary partner of InnoPub in the nationwide implementation of the program.
The program involves 1) the use of interactive tourism markers with QR codes and NFC tags that allow people to download information about a tourism or historical site or structure into their phone or tablet and 2) the production of e-books and apps as tourism guides.
The program was commended by the Cebu City Council as an “ingenious” way to deliver information in a resolution passed on mass motion last January 2012.
Goldy is a Community Development Consultant at IdeaSpace Foundation, Inc. She is a Cum Laude graduate in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines. Currently, she is pursuing her Masters in Technology Management in the same university.
