APPLICATION PROCESS FLOW

STEP 1 – Dean’s Office

• The applicant will submit the following as part of the application requirements:

• Accomplished Application form with 2 pcs. 2×2  colored pictures with white background (here download application form)
• NMAT Result (Photocopy) You will have a good chance to be accepted if your NMAT score is 60% and above
• TOR (official or informative copy) (Photocopy)
• National Statistics Office Birth Certificate (Photocopy or Original)
• Two Letters of Recommendation from any of the  following:

Dean

Academic Department Head ( school graduated)

Guidance Counselor

Student Affairs Head

Professional /work station head

Faculty Member(s)

• After submitting all the documents, the applicant will then be given a referral slips for the accounting office and guidance center.

 

STEP 2 – Accounting Office (Cashier)

• The applicant will pay the processing fee of Php 500.00 

STEP 3 – Guidance Office

• The applicant will take the Personality and IQ test to be administered by the Guidance Center staff.

STEP 4 – Dean’s Office

• The applicant will then be given a schedule for interview. (via sms)

 

Note:

• The applicant will be interviewed by any one of the members of the Admissions Committee.
• Once accepted, the applicant will be notified through text and they will receive the letter of acceptance and enrollment requirements via email.
