The University of Cebu TRUST Project Team attended the Partners’ Meeting at the Universita
degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi in Rome, Italy last September 21-23, 2022. Consortium partners
from European, Vietnamese and Philippine Higher Education Institutions attended the 3-day
event. The conference centered on updates about the present and future of FinTech, and legal
and regulatory analysis of FinTech. Other important issues tackled include Technological
Advances in Robo Advisory both in a personal and corporate application, AI, Ethics and
Sustainability, FinTech Opportunities in a fast-growing market including the application of
fintech in agriculture.
