The topnotchers were Mark Lemuel Badayos who placed fifth with a 91.50 percent rating; Riza Alonday, who ranked seventh with 90.50 percent; Michael Calsada II, who earned ninth with 89.50 percent; and Rena Mae Diamante and Gil Tape, who both clinched tenth place with 89.00 percent.
Badayos' recent achievement marked his second licensure examination topnotcher finish after ranking ninth in the April 2026 Real Estate Brokers Licensure Examination.
In an interview with Lakandiwa, Badayos pondered on whether being a topnotcher in his previous examination added more pressure upon taking the July 2026 REALE.
"After being blessed with a ninth place finish, the internal conversation shifted for the REALE. The pressure became more about, 'How can I honor that previous performance and push my own boundaries?' It was definitely a mental hurdle, but it ultimately pushed me to study with even more depth and intention," he said.
The achievement extended the university's five-year streak of producing topnotchers in the REALE.
