The University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) College of Hospitality and Tourism Management (CHTM) won three gold, three silver, and three bronze medals at the 1st Cebu Food, Beverage, and Tourism Festival (CFBTF) 2026, held at Robinsons Galleria Cebu on October 9–10.

Wiz Candelada and Kent Fuentes won gold in Praline Display; Damaso Orencion, Trisha Sulana, and Ray Anthony Anino in Chocolate Showpiece; and Sean Angelo Gamarru in Virtual Tour Guiding.

Alyzha Poster and Daiane Maye Compra secured silver in Plated Dessert, Cherry Miles Gobalani in Brewers Cup, and Bernavic Eduadrick Gascon in Latte Art.

UCLM also earned bronze in the Dream Team Challenge through Tristan Aaron Obatay, John Marlit Maanding, and Vanessa Mae Oponda; Fondant Wedding Cake through Joseph Rasonable and James Perales; and Inflight Service and Catering Demo through Kitchie Batac and Tyshaun Frias.
