Thursday, January 19, 2023—His Excellency Christian Halaas Lyster, Norwegian Ambassador to the Philippines, together with his delegates conducted an ocular visit at the University of Cebu-Lapulapu and Mandaue campus. The visit was attended by Atty. Ria Lidia G. Espina – Director of Finance and Legal Affairs of the University of Cebu, Atty. Augusto W. Go – President of the University of Cebu, His Excellency Charles Halaas Lyster – Norway’s Ambassador to the Philippines, Atty. Manuel Elijah J. Sarausad – Executive Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cebu, Mr. Larry V. Gonzales – Manager of the NSA Philippines Cadet Program, Mr. Frank Arne Johansen – First Secretary, Head of Administration and Consular Section, and Royal Norwegian Embassy in Manila, Capt. Jo Even Tomren – Managing Director of the Norwegian Training Center, Capt. Knutz Bentzrod – Deputy Director of the NSA Philippines Cadet Program.
