3rd Consortium Meeting and Intercultural Passport workshop at Svay Rieng University in Cambodia

The Vice Chancellor for Business Development and Innovation, Dean Ofelia G. Mana together with Ms. Edilyn Lopez, tourism instructor represented University of Cebu in the 3rd Consortium Meeting and Intercultural Passport workshop at Syay Rieng University in Cambodia last October 8 – 11, 2019.

The 3rd Consortium Meeting is four-day long workshop and discussion dedicated to the design and prototyping of the Intercultural Passport tool. Over the first three days, the partners engaged in a series of design thinking exercises aimed at approaching from various angles the Intercultural Passport that is a tool for both building and assessing students’ intercultural competences and skills. It focuses on the two key elements of the Intercultural Passport: Intercultural Awareness and Cultural Diversity Massive Open Online Course (IACD MOOC) Ideation and Digital Storytelling Basics.

The 3rd consortium meeting ended with a farewell dinner after a long day of discussing the project management and quality panels, upcoming FRIENDS project ahead, and programming the upcoming 4th consortium meeting in Budapest, Hungary.
