Ten (10) Nursing Clinical Instructors successfully earned their Health Care Services NC II after undergoing competency assessment under the TESDA Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CACW) Program at the University of Cebu–Banilad Technical Education Training and Assessment Center (UC Banilad TETAC) on August 15, 2026.
The candidates were assessed by TESDA-accredited Competency Assessor Mrs. Elnera Lamoco, who evaluated their competencies based on the prescribed standards for Health Care Services NC II.
The assessment was facilitated through UC Banilad TETAC, headed by Mr. Niño Ardiza, providing the Nursing Clinical Instructors an avenue to have their existing competencies formally assessed and recognized through TESDA certification.
The assessment highlights the continuing professional development of Nursing Clinical Instructors and the recognition of competencies gained through professional practice and workplace experience.
